The Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) under the leadership of Governor Jonvic Remulla awarded certificates of commendation to Mr. Rodolfo Sarmiento and Mr. Rosendo Hernandez Jr. during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on January 4, 2016 at the Provincial Gymnasium in Trece Martires City who both gave pride and honor to the province with their special skills and outstanding character. Mr. Sarmiento, who continues to receive financial support from PGC when joining competitions was commended for his excellence in Rapid Chess on the 2015 ASEAN Para Games held in Singapore while Mr. Hernandez Jr. was lauded and rewarded cash incentive for having showcased honesty when he found an envelope with Php 16,500.00 cash and have it returned to the owner. Vice-Governor Revilla, who underscored Mr. Hendandez’ exceptional trait, said in his message that may the good act serve as role model and inspiration to all public/civil servants in the province.
