The Comprehensive Land Use Plan is a ten (10) year development plan of the Local Government Unit of Alfonso, Cavite. This document considered the rationalize allocation and use of land resources of the municipality, detailed studies on the conceivable effects of development and provides recommendations to sustain growth and progress. It also confirms public and private land uses in accordance with the future spatial organization of economic and social projects, programs and activities. Thus, the continuous improvement of the municipality.
This plan is consisted of three (3) parts – the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Zoning Ordinance and the Sectoral Studies. The environmental, demographical, social and economic factors which contributes to the overall vision and goals of the municipality are carefully reviewed affirming development and improvement of Alfonso in the years to come.
